Thomas Andersen heads Brækhus' real estate team and is an expert on real estate law, with expertise on ground lease laws. Thomas assists private clients, as well as both large and small businesses with complex real estate law issues related to tenancy agreements and right of use, planning and building law, and construction contracts.

Thomas has extensive litigation experience and litigates a large number of cases each year. He is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway has litigated cases before all courts of law, including arbitration tribunals. He also has long experience with land consolidation.

Thomas is one of Norway’s leading real estate lawyers. He is ranked in Finansavisen’s annual lawyer survey and has been recommended by Legal 500.

Thomas is a sough-after lecturer, and he regularly holds lectures for the Norwegian Centre for Continuing Legal Education (JUS) the Norwegian Bar Association, the Norwegian Association of Real Estate Agents, and others.
