Oscar Bang-Ellingsen assists Norwegian and international companies with legal issues related to real estate.

Oscar has extensive experience with the Planning and Building Act after working for three years for the County Governor in Troms and Finnmark, Vestland, and Innlandet. The County Governor is the appellate body for municipal decisions under the Planning and Building Act.

Oscar has during his time by the mentioned County Governors also assisted the County Governor in Agder and the County Governor in Møre and Romsdal when needed.
