Kristin Hegstad is the professional in charge of financial family law and inheritance at Brækhus. She has extensive experience in estate planning, inheritance settlements, and financial settlements during separation and divorce ans is member of Brækhus' Family Office team. This team advises families and individuals managing substantial assets.

Kristin possesses significant litigation experience and she is admitted to the Supreme Court of Norway. Additionally, she is a court-appointed estate administrator for the Oslo District Court. In this role, Kristin is responsible for public settlement processes, managing distribution and dispute issues in inheritance settlements.

A highly sought-after instructor and lecturer, Kristin shares her expertise as a speaker at the University of Oslo, Faculty of Law.
