Jacob Birkeland Meyer Amundsen assists Norwegian and international businesses with advisory services and dispute resolution in cases related to construction law, compensation law and contract law. In addition, Jacob regularly advises companies and individuals on employment law matters. He has acquired considerable experience with litigation before the courts of law at Brækhus and from earlier positions as a defence lawyer.

Jacob also has broad experience in criminal law and immigration law. He has an LL.M. degree from UC Hastings College of the Law in San Francisco, where he specialised in negotiation and effective communication.

Jacob previously studied sociology at the University of Bergen and completed a programme at the Officer Candidate School for the royal Norwegian Navy.
