Brækhus is experiencing significant growth and has undergone a transformation in recent years with the adoption of new technology, change of name and profile, generational change, and a move to new and modern premises. We have also bolstered our ranks with the hiring of several highly qualified lawyers, which I believe to be indicative of our great working environment. We are in the midst of a very exciting time in the field of legal services, where the combination of uncompromising legal expertise, commercial experience, and new technological solutions will be crucial in order to meet the future needs of our clients. In my new role as managing partner, I look forward to building on what we have achieved and working with my colleagues to deliver exceptional and innovative legal services to our clients.”
Commenting on the appointment, Brækhus Chair Johan Hveding said: “We are utterly delighted that Frank has been appointed managing partner of Brækhus. Frank is an energetic and commercially oriented leader with superb analytical and strategical proficiencies, which will serve him well in the further development phase of Brækhus. At the same time, I would like to thank Stein for his dedicated leadership for the past 17 years. Stein has made considerable contributions to the development of Brækhus as its managing partner, in particular in growing the firm, profile, reputation, and size to become one of the pre-eminent firms in Norway. Stein will continue as a partner in Brækhus, providing his clients with high-quality service in litigation and dispute resolution.”
The lawyers and staff of Brækhus congratulate Mr. Aase on his appointment and look forward to continued success under his leadership.
