Brækhus announces two associate partner promotions

Ida Brabrand and Alexander Mollan have been promoted to associate partners at Brækhus with effect from 1st July 2022. These internal promotions at Brækhus enhance key areas for the technology department, including media law and privacy.

Ida Brabrand has expertise in media law, freedom of expression and employment law. She also has broad experience with negotiations and dispute resolution. In addition to her legal training, Ida is a graduate of the Norwegian School of Journalism (Journalisthøyskolen) and her CV boasts experience as a TV and radio news reporter. Ida is the regular presenter on Brækhus’ podcast Lovlytt. She joined Brækhus as a lawyer in 2015.

Alexander Mollan is a specialist in technology law and compliance. He advises clients on opportunities and issues pertaining to commercial IT contracts, privacy, cyber security, and tender preparations and negotiations in connection with major IT projects. Within the sphere of compliance, Alexander helps clients comply with regulatory requirements regarding gambling, human rights and the environment. Alexander joined Brækhus as an associate in 2015.
