Brækhus announces new partnership promotion
Brækhus is proud to announce that Ingerid Eidesvik Lie has been promoted to its partnership, effective from 1st July 2022. The internal partner promotion strengthens Brækhus’ focus on real estate.
Ingerid Eidesvik Lie started at Brækhus in 2013, and she has since been working in the real estate department. Ingerid has extensive experience from assisting property developers and housing companies, where she provides ongoing advice and assists in disputes. Ingerid also has expertise in negotiations and appraisement relating to expropriation of houses and commercial property. She has been involved in several major expropriation processes, and she is part of Brækhus’ expropriation team, which is currently assisting several hundred landowners who have been impacted by the construction of a new E18 highway between Lysaker and Ramstadsletta in Bærum municipality.
