Petter Hermansen is affiliated with our department for financial family law and inheritance law. He assists both Norwegian and international clients with inheritance settlements, estate planning, and generational transitions, as well as financial settlements in cases of separation and divorce.

Petter holds a Master of Laws degree from the University of Bergen, where he completed an extended master's thesis as part of the faculty's research program (70 ECTS credits). He was affiliated with the research group for civil procedure and dispute resolution, and his thesis explored how machine learning-based sorting tools can be used in the securing of large volumes of digital evidence.
