Charlotte Garnaas assists our Norwegian and international clients with family and inheritance law matters. She provides advice on inheritance settlements, estate planning, and generational transitions, as well as financial settlements in cases of separation and divorce. Charlotte has a background from the Parliamentary Ombudsman, where she worked extensively with administrative law.

Charlotte holds a master's degree in law from the University of Oslo, where she wrote her thesis on the division of assets in business enterprises. Additionally, she has a bachelor's degree in clear language and a one-year program in economics and management.
